Quiet Sunday
Jun. 1st, 2008 12:30 pmNot much going on for me today. So far I've watched some cartoons, mucked around online, playing some Sims2, played with Dusty. Yeah. Tonight I guess I'm going to the movies, because the hubby wants me to get out of the house. I think I'm rather driving him crazy lately. We haven't shared a lot of the same interests recently, so we both wind up talking to each other about things the other doesn't really care about. Eh.
I'm going to see Prince Caspian, YAY! I really love the Narnia books, and I've been looking forward to this movie. I'm looking forward to Voyage of the Dawn Treader even more. :P
Other than that, I'm still just trying to keep a really close eye on Dustin. He's finally acting a bit more like himself, but he's not eating all that well, and we're wondering if it's a medicine side effect or if he's just a little under the weather. We have to make an appointment to see his regular doc for a followup, and we'll talk to her about it then. Right now he's sitting in his chair eating hashbrowns, which are always a win with him. Must have gotten that from me.
I've been kind of caught up in a new Naruto RP comm, and that's been fun. Also still trying to finish my fanfic, but it's slower going than I expected. I think the problem is that I really do want to write the GenIru ending, but I promised I'd do the "real" KakaIru one first. *laughs* I'm way too into GenIru right now... I'm going to have to write a whole separate GenIru story, not that anyone will likely read it. :P
I do have my KakaIru story that I've started though, and I think I'm going to finish the part I'm working on and then slap it up, just to get some feedback. It was originally meant to be a one-shot, but I think I'm going to wind up putting it in a few chapters instead (though not many!)
